Spectral Art is a patented physical art format (US20150325157A) that transforms under slow, controlled LED hue-cycling. Real physical paintings with hidden layers that emerge through color -- static becomes living, layered, and illuminated. Each frame is embedded with a secure chip and linked directly to its NFT on the XRP Ledger. Ownership, provenance, and royalties are locked in at the protocol level.
